Snow Removal

In the event of snow, please keep in mind that:

 

Valley Park Estates staff will commence to remove snow from building front entrances and main walkways first, then proceed with side and rear walkways. Laundry room walkways are cleared last. For safety reasons, please do not attempt to use laundry facilities until walkways and steps to the laundry rooms have been cleared. Laundry rooms will remain locked until they have been made safe and free of slipping hazards. Staff priorities are to make all paths clear and safe. Please do not ask any employee to deviate from their responsibilities.
